Samples

This page has some samples of our work. All animations can be created with or without digital overlays that demonstrate speed and position data for each frame of significant objects in the sceen. This data will correlate with the reconstructionists data to demonstrate the accuracy of the animation. The final animations are bundled into an interactive presentation to switch between different camera views and overlays.

The following three images are from animations developed as part of a reconstruction of a vehicle and pedestrian collision. The pedestrian was crossing an unlit road as the vehicle approached at approximately 45 mph.

The first image demonstrates where the vehicle driver first perceived the pedestrian

The next image shows where the vehicle started to skid (the left rear wheel started to skid before the right rear wheel).

The following images were used for comparison to visually verify the camera settings of an animation compared to that of photographs taken at the scene of the accident.
